Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Hour Zero account, a workspace, or any data from a connected Instagram account at any time. Hour Zero is operated by Farasu Holdings LLC.

How to ask

1. Email hello@farasuholdings.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my data.
2. Tell us what to delete: your whole account, or one workspace (give its name). Only a workspace owner can close a workspace; team members can ask us to remove their own account.
3. We reply to confirm we have your request. If it did not come from the account email, we will ask you to confirm it from that address.
4. We delete the data and email you to confirm, within 30 days of your request.

If you connected an Instagram account, you can also remove Hour Zero's access yourself at any time: in Instagram go to Settings, then Apps and websites; or in Facebook go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Removing access stops all further hashtag searches. To have the data we already hold deleted, send the email above as well.

What is deleted

Deleting a workspace

• The workspace, its settings and its Slack webhook
• All brand profiles in it
• All ideas, decisions, feedback and "Report a problem" flags
• Usage and AI metering records for it
• Pending invitations and team memberships
• Any Instagram connection: the access token, connected account details and hashtag results
• The Stripe subscription is cancelled, if it has not been already

Deleting your account

• Your sign-in record and email address
• Your memberships of every workspace, your digest and unsubscribe settings
• Any workspace where you are the only owner, as listed above

What we may keep

• Billing and tax records we must keep by law, held by us and by Stripe.
• Copies in routine backups, which are overwritten in the normal backup cycle [confirm period].
• A record that we received and completed your request.

Public trend data, which is not about you, is deleted on its normal 30-day schedule. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
